LiNbO3：高性能電気光学モジュレーターとQスイッチ
LiNbO3は、Nd:YAG、Nd:YLF、およびTi:Sapphireレーザーで広く使用されている高性能な電気光学モジュレーターおよびQスイッチです。
また、ファイバーオプティクスのモジュレーターとしても優れた性能を発揮します。
この結晶は、横方向の電気光学モジュレーションを行うQスイッチとして一般的に使用されており、z軸方向に光が伝播し、x軸に電場が適用されます。
LiNbO3の電気光学係数は、低周波数ではr33=32 pm/V、r31=10 pm/V、r22=6.8 pm/Vであり、高電場周波数ではr33=31 pm/V、r31=8.6 pm/V、r22=3.4 pm/Vです。
半波電圧はVπ=λd/(2no3r22L)、rc=(ne/no)3r33-r13です。

LiNbO3 Q-Switch Specifications
